That’s why we created Queening It! — a 10-week digital mentorship program designed to educate, empower, and expose young women to life-changing experiences rooted in faith.

Founded by Sophia Laster and Brieanna Lightfoot Smith—two women passionate about youth development and women’s empowerment—Unity Queens has helped girls across the country grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders.
